1. Can a mattress’s size and shape be altered to fit my room?
We do not recommend altering the size or shape of your mattress. Each quality mattress comes with an edge support system. Official Sealy mattresses are equipped with the patented EdgeGuard® and UniCased® systems. Any unauthorised alteration to the original edge support system could damage your mattress’s stability and durability.
We insist on not altering mattresses after they have been made. If there are any manufacturing issues, we will arrange for a replacement mattress rather than making alterations to an existing mattress, in order to maintain quality. Specific requests will be considered by our team of Australian experts.
We can customize mattresses of any size for you at no extra charge. Kindly inform our Sleep Expert when you make the order. This way, you can enjoy Sealy’s genuine craftsmanship and 10-year warranty, which will save a lot of time and hassle.
2. How does Sealy ensure mattresses remain hygienic during delivery?

3. Is there a free trial? Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my purchase?
Sealy guarantees customers will receive unopened, unused, genuine goods that are 100% safe and hygienic. To ensure customers always have peace of mind about the safety and cleanliness of their new mattress, Sealy does not offer free trials. After delivery, customers cannot request a refund or exchange the mattress for another model or size.
